australia

• please allow 2-7 business days to receive your order within australia
• we ship all our orders with australia parcel post & express post service from QLD
• there is a flat rate of $10 for all orders australia wide

international

• for international orders allow 5-12 business days to receive your package. we use Australia Post for international delivery
• there is a flat rate of $35 AUD for international orders with an additional $5 AUD for heavy items
• you will receive a tracking email once your order has been processed for shipping

 once in awhile orders go missing or postie drivers have bad days too, so we thank you in advance for practicing patience. your kawaii goodies will be with you soon.
